We are open from 9:00 AM- 3:00 PM Monday to Thursday.
- Drive-thru test: Client books and pays for an appointment online and comes onsite at CRC Labs for sample collection.
- Local Pick-up: Client orders a test online, pays and picks up the kit at CRC Labs, and then completes the registration and sample collection at home.
- At Home: Client orders and pays for the test online, the kit is shipped to client’s address, and the registration and sample collection is done at home.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Do not eat, drink or chew gum 30 minutes before sample collection.
The test requires a painless, non-invasive specimen collection. Participants will collect saliva up to the fill line in the specialized container provided in the test kit.
Those who opt for the local pick-up option can pick-up the test kit at the backside parking of our facility located at 419 Oak St., Roseville CA. It is also the same site for the drive-thru testing.
When you click the links to one of the available tests on our website, you will be directed to create a free Azova account. Using this account, you can book your appointment and securely receive your results online.
The samples are tested for the presence of the COVID-19 virus using the RT-PCR method. RT-PCR testing is the gold standard and is the most accurate test available in the market today. The sensitivity of RT-PCR tests to the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which causes COVID-19, is 98% while the specificity of this test is 99%.
The expected turnaround time for the Stat/Expedited tests is 24-48 hours from the time the sample is received in the laboratory, NOT right after specimen collection. Note that Azova guarantees the results to be released within the turnaround time, only when the samples get to the lab. Azova cannot account for delays brought about by UPS shipping of the samples from the CRC collection site to the laboratory where the actual testing will be performed.
CRC Labs offers RT-PCR (Reverse Transcriptase-Polymerase Chain Reaction) saliva testing. Since RT-PCR is a very reliable type of test, it is usually the one required for travel purposes. However, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you confirm the specific protocols and preferences of your airline and/or country of destination before booking your test appointment. We cannot refund for tests that were not accepted due to specific requirements set by airlines, hotels, etc.
The test kits are non-refundable and non-returnable. For other refund concerns, we strongly suggest that customers send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org rather than dispute charges or course it through the Azova Help Center. When you file a dispute, your bank may ask for documentation that may be difficult to provide since they contain protected health information (PHI). By sending us an email, we can conduct our own investigation and accelerate the refund process, if you are found to be eligible. Refunds only take up to 7 business days to post to your account once initiated, while disputes can take up to 90 days to be resolved.
You can TRY to have your testing fee reimbursed by presenting your Azova generated receipt and test result, but we CANNOT GUARANTEE the outcome. This is dependent on your individual insurance policy. Azova and CRC Labs will not issue other documents/information that insurance providers may request for reimbursement purposes.
